Where does your water come from?
It's not a silly question! Its important to know where your water is coming from. Our water is pumped into our tankers at the city of Troy's Water Treatment Plant. It is pretreated drinking water for the City of Troy. Your pool will be swim ready and easily maintained with general pool chemicals.
How much water does your tankers hold?
Our tankers hold 9,000 gallons. If you know how much water you need, great! If not, just give us your pool size and we will figure it out for you!
How much advanced notice do you need for delivery?
Generally, one to two days notice is enough time for us to schedule you in. If it is an emergency or a last minute request we will do our best to accomidate you! If you are getting a pool installed and you know the date of installation give us a call to reserve your spot. The day of installation your pool installer usually coordinates a time with us based on how the installation is going. Things happen, if something goes wrong with the installation or weather causes a conflict and you need to reschedule last minute, thats okay..you will not be held responsible. We are open 7 days a week to accomidate you the best we can!

How do you base your pricing?
Our pricing is first based on your location, then how many gallons of water you need. We use a formula to calculate how much water you need whether it be a complete fill for your pool, or you need a top off because your water is down a few inches or a couple feet. We figure out if the amount of water your need falls under our full load price or half load price.

What if you can't get to our pool with your tanker?
Most of the time our tractor trailers will park on the road and run our hoses across the lawn. If you have a long enough driveway that isn't paved and it is safe enough to pull or back in, we will do so. Some people have really long driveways..or steep ones! No problem! We offer a shuttle service with our smaller truck for an additional charge.
